You have here a location which has all of the advantages of being close to the old town and beaches (5 minute walk), close to the railway station giving you fast and easy access to this entire magnificent coastline and views that old town properties themselves can only hope for. This recently built small block of studios is well laid out with private gated access, pleasant entrance area, good size lift and doors to accommodate wheelchairs.
The studio itself is well planned and fully equipped, benefiting from an American style kitchen with washing m/c, dishwasher, etc., bathroom and shower with separate WC. A novel ‘coin de nuit’ provides bunk beds and with a double sofa bed will sleep a total of 4.
