CANNES APPARTMENT FOR RENT

The property is situated on the 2nd floor of an ancient building dating back to 1877. The apartment is 54 sq m and comprises large sitting room with two double sofa-beds, 32" flat screen TV, DVD player (with DVDs) and stereo, dining table and 4 chairs.

Palais des Festivals accommodation

The kitchen is fully fitted and benefits from an electric oven & 4 ring hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. The apartment has plenty of character including traditional French shutters and benefits from lots of natural light and tiled floors.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

The bedroom is very spacious and benefits from a balcony, overlooking Rue Hoche. It provides plenty of storage and has laminate wood floors. The large bathroom is modern with tiles throughout and has a shower with excellent water pressure. The washing machine is situated in the bathroom.

CENTRAL CANNES TOURIST INFORMATION

Rue Hoche is located behind the 5* Gray D’Albion hotel in the heart of the exclusive shopping district of central Cannes, referred to as La Banane. The apartment is just 200m from the famous Palais des Festivals and Boulevard de la Croisette, making it ideal for conferences and holidays. La Banane is peppered with luxury hotels as well as accommodating many bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

How to get here:

The nearest airport is Nice and is just 30 minutes away by taxi (costing approx. 80 Euros). There is also a shuttle bus service to central Cannes that takes 40 minutes and costs just 28 Euros return. The bus runs every 30 minutes on a daily basis, up until 8pm in the evening.

There is no parking on Rue Hoche and part of the street is pedestrianised. There is, however, ample parking at the train station and in the multistorey car park a few minutes walk away.
