NICE (NIZZA) RENTAL VILLA
One of the most superb views of Nice and the surrounding hills is seen from the lounge and two bedrooms of this superb fully equipped villa. You are 20 minutes by car from the heart of Nice, it's markets, old town, glamorous shops, and numerous beaches.
Buses run regularly from the domain directly to the train station, and connect with buses from the airport. If you hire a car, there is so much more to explore on the Côte too! The property has been attractively decorated in stylish maple and cherry furnishings and has full amenities, including a Jacuzzi on the south facing terrace looking over Nice to the sea. There is a large, quiet pool in the domain one minute's walk from the villa and all facilities are child friendly.

Nice (Nizza) tourist information
The villa is situated in an area of Nice called St Pancrace, and within walking distance is a bakery, butcher, post office, doctor, phone box, restaurant and take-away pizza. Two different buses run each hour taking you to the centre of Nice, and a very reasonable local taxi service is on the doorstep. The hills around Nice are favoured by local residents, and are now being discovered by outsiders who appreciate the calm, clean air and stunning views. A 10 minute car or bus journey to the bottom of the hill will take you to the biggest and most interesting food market in town - even on Sunday mornings!. Nice itself is the 5th largest city in France and is the 2nd holiday destination in Europe. Most locals speak English and Italian. Within an hour's drive of Nice you can discover Italy, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, as well as the valleys and mountain parks of the back country, the true Provence and over 12 golf courses! This magnificent and well maintained family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area of Juan les Pins, only 10 minutes stroll to the beaches and 10 minutes to the centre of Juan les Pins. This beautifully maintained house is tastefully furnished in provençale style. There is a lovely pool and sun-bathing area in the very well tended gardens, with outside dining areas for breakfast, lunch and BBQ's. As well as child security barrier for the pool.
