LUXURY SEA VIEW APARTMENTS
The holiday apartments have stunning sea views from their beach location on the Cap d'Ail and are located in an elegant former 150 room hotel that was built in 1892 and converted into apartments in 1945.

The elegance of Riviera holidays past is invoked by original decor, beautiful painted decorations and the large central staircase - the apartments now benefit from an elevator too.
The village of Cap d'Ail is 500m away, and the beach is just a one minute walk. Cap d'Ail is to the East of Nice and a short drive from Monaco.
Each apartment is elegantly decorated, comfortable, has a fully fitted kitchen, plus air conditioning with sea views.
The Garden
At the southern end of the residence is a large garden with palm trees, cactus and flowers. There are benches to sit and relax overlooking the sea and the plage mala.
HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
The apartments feature a double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a bathroom with shower, a sink and toilet.
CAP D'AIL AND MONACO TOURIST INFORMATION
Cap d'Ail
Cap d'Ail stands peacefully along the coast bordering the Principality of Monaco. The Port of Cap d'Ail offers 253 berths and hosts regattas and celebrations during the summer season.
There is a superb walk along the coastal path to Monaco, "sentier du littoral", of approx 4 km that passes through pine forests and along cliffs overlooking the crashing waves.
The village is suitable for daily shopping with a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, butchers and post office.
Monaco - Monte Carlo
Monaco is renown world-wide as a truely glamorous place. Nicknamed "The Rock", where the palace is located, it is built against the mountains and spreads down to the shores of the Riviera. Fabulous parks and gardens have been laid out throughtout the city along with boutiques, luxury hotels and chic restaurants. Monte Carlo is the principal residential and resort area of Monaco famous for its casino and gardens. The state is headed by Prince Albert II who lives in the Prince's Palace high on the rock.
Each May, the Monaco Grand Prix attracts the rich and famous as well as a huge global audience, to witness its streets turned into a high speed track with hair pin curves.
