Air conditioned apartment suites situated in lovely French Riviera House, built in the Belle Epoque style of the late 19th century. Ideal for Riviera holidays as well as for staying locally if you are doing business in Monaco. We have a choice of apartments, which means that friends and extended family holidaying together can have separate accommodation.

The apartments for rent are in a period villa, situated in the Old Port district of Nice on the French Riviera, close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The Old Town of Nice and Nice city center are located within a few minutes walk of each other. You can have a nice promenade along the sea, which is just 300 meters from the villa.
APARTMENTS FOR RENT
We have a number of apartments to rent in the villa, all of which have air conditioning and free access to wireless Internet. A typical example of a single suite is a 35 sqm rental apartment, with a large balcony overlooking the garden on the sunny south side, where you can have your breakfast and all your meals.
Inside the apartment, you will find a beautiful marble chimney, a nice wooden floor, a wonderful painted ceiling and antique furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hot plates, a fridge, and all utensils, washing-up liquid and dishes.
The suite is provided with a large queen size bed in the main room. It possible to add an extra single bed or a children's bed suitable from 18 months to a 5 year old. Whilst it's a period villa, it has been beautifully renovated and our plumbing is up to date!

How to get to the Nice apartments
- From airport (only 20 minutes by car) It is really easy to travel to the apartmentS. You just have to drive along the "Promenade des Anglais" until the Old Port, then around the Port until you see the direction of "Villefranche sur mer" and "Monaco". The Residence is situated 300 meters from the Port Place, on the way to Monaco, on your right hand side.
- From the main train station by car it is only 15 minutes.
- From the main bus station : 8 mns.
As we are located in the Old Port district of Nice, you can benefit from different boat trips and scuba diving excursions with the departure points just a few minutes away by foot. A bus stop situated right in front of the Villa enables you to travel easily to Monaco and explore the coast towards Italy. There is always someone in the villa, so we can advise you on tourist information at any time.

The prices for this rental villa range from 400 - 1050 euros per week (depending on the type of the apartment and the season).
